Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of the Application, its source code, or trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain with the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or introduce charges at any time. Any fees will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may expose it to security vulnerabilities and cause the Application to malfunction.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that AI technologies may process your data to deliver features. All AI usage complies with applicable laws and is designed to benefit your experience.

The Application integrates third-party services including Firebase and RevenueCat. Their respective terms and conditions apply. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

Some features require an internet connection. If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms apply, and data charges may be incurred. The Service Provider is not responsible for such charges.

The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. We recommend always using the latest version. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application end and you must delete it from your device.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms are posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance.
